I arrived at Erlinda's mama's house to a flurry of people pitching in to get ready for the big day. Moms and sisters and cousins, oh my! And there were Erlinda and Bryan, at the center of the chaos, just ready to be married.

I love an intimate wedding. I loved the moments of Erlinda's sister banishing her to a room but Erlinda being too excited to sit still while Bryan was across the hallway putting on his shoes. I loved Erlinda's family gathering around the staircase and all of the excitement of the time getting closer and closer.

Bryan seeing Erlinda at the end of a short aisle with their closest family and friends gathered around. The toasts with tears. The dancing!! Oh my gosh, that was a fun backyard wedding dance floor. And through it all, everyone knowing exactly why they were all gathered- to celebrate Bryan & Erlinda.
